On Tuesday, October 5, 2010, the Prostate Cancer Foundation (PCF), in collaboration with the Ace Club and the Merion Cricket Club, will host the 8th Annual Prostate Cancer Foundation Dinner and Auction. If you decide to start your morning off on the green, you can BYO partner or opt to play with a celebrity. Bring your A-game and hit a hole-in-one to walk away with a free two-year lease on a Porsche, provided by Don Rosen Porsche.
Later in the afternoon you can play competitive doubles at Merion Country Club and get instruction with tennis pros such as Josh Cohen, former #1 for University of Miami, tour player, and current assistant coach of University of Pennsylvania’s men’s tennis team and Philadelphia Freedoms, and Tatiana Panova, former #15 ranked woman player.
Wind down from your active day alongside Mike Milken, founder and chairman of the Prostate Cancer Fund and Dr. Jonathon Simons, president and CEO of PCF at the financial and scientific round tables. Following the tables, discuss the day’s golf games and tennis matches during cocktails and silent and live auctions, and then rejuvenate at the five-star buffet dinner.
All proceeds from the event benefit the Prostate Cancer Foundation (www.prostatecancerfoundation.org). For more information, or to register, click here.
