Spinning and BodyPump just not doing it for you anymore? Check out one of the most unique fitness classes around: Master Jay’s roller-skate dance class. Combine the heart-pumping, body-toning benefits of dance with the added challenge of balancing on four wheels for a fun, calorie-burning workout set to the “hottest music in town.” Inexperienced skaters welcome (the quad skates make it a little easier for the balance-challenged). No need to pre-register, either—just walk in to Jay’s Center City studio this Tuesday to get your skate on.
