• Ad Week brings us the story of a new social network called Sickweather, which tracks and charts diseases by location, culling illness data from other sites like Facebook and Twitter. It also allows users to log on to see what diseases are concentrated in their areas—what Ad Week calls “Facebook for hypochondriacs.” Agree?

• Have a wicked sweet tooth? Then you’re probably a really nice person—or so says this study. Won’t you be my friend?

• Here’s an interesting way to curb bike theft: QR codes. The Bicycle Coalition of Greater Philadelphia posted a blog item yesterday about a new $15 product that could save your bike from being stolen—or at least, help you get it back.
