Many people opt out of lunchtime workouts to avoid the annoyances of packing a gym bag and figuring out how to return to the office sweat and odor free. The good news is you don’t have to hit up a hardcore class to get some exercise. Check out meetup.com to find or organize a lunchtime walking group in your area. You’ll get your blood flowing, meet new people—and all you need is a pair of sneakers.
