Here’s how continue to melt off any leftover holiday weight: the Fireside Frostbite 5-Miler in Ambler on February 18th. The short, flat course provides an opportunity for runners who’ve been a little sluggish this winter season to get back into it. And it benefits the Wissahickon Watershed Association and the Kelly Anne Dolan Memorial Fund, which assists uninsured families with children who are ill or disabled. Register here.
