In yoga, an inversion is any time that your heart is above your head. This workshop is all about breaking down the major inversions: the hand stand, head stand, forearm stand and shoulder stand. Attendees will learn the correct alignment for these positions so they can practice them comfortably and confidently at home. All levels of experience are welcome!
