I know it’s been unseasonably warm this winter. But if you’ve checked the forecast this week, you know we’re going to dip into the 30s in a few days—and that’s for the high.

Don’t put your workouts on hiatus just because of a cold snap. Here’s how to stay warm during winter workouts.

Like magic, the fabric turns moisture into heat. Mizuno Breath Thermo Mock Turtleneck, $64.95 at Philadelphia Runner, 1601 Sansom Street, 215-972-8333.

Rain and snow bead up on contact, and reflective fabric increases visibility. Nike Shield Pack Running Shoes, starting at $100 at Haddonfield Running Company, 121 Kings Highway East, Haddonfield, 856-428-1666.

Magnet-attached sleeves make for easy ventilation. Sugoi Versa Jacket, $130 at Bryn Mawr Running Company, 828 West Lancaster Avenue, Bryn Mawr, 610-527-5510.
