If you’ve never run a 5K, may I suggests the Brooks-cosponsored Adrenaline 5K in Haddonfield? The race is USA Track and Field-certified, which means it’ll field everyone from elites to amateurs; you can even compete as a team. The chip-timed race awards cash prizes to the first five male and female competitors, as well as the top three masters. Medals are awarded to all runners.
