Know someone with celiac disease? Learn the ins and outs of the autoimmune condition at the Celiac Awareness Tour, which will bring speakers, gluten-free vendors (can you say free samples?), and live cooking demos to the Crowne Plaza Valley Forge in King of Prussia. Our favorite part: There will be a tutorial on making gluten-free pizza. Yum! Learn more about the event and register here.

$10, Saturday, April 28, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Crowne Plaza Valley Forge, 260 Mall Boulevard, King of Prussia

I hope your “Tour” was better than ours. We had NO traffic to speak of at all. The people who attended our Expo said it was the worst one they had ever been to. They were charged $10 to see 15-18 vendors. They were mad because Lou advertised all these great vendors and they weren’t there. We lost a lot of money trusting him. We should have stayed with Jen and Shelia. Go to Chicago with Jen and Indianapolis with Shelia. Don’t waste your time, energy or money with this “tour”.
