• I’m not trying to slack off here (it is Friday, however … ), but I think the CBS News clip below does a better job of telling the story of 93-year-old Tao Porchon-Lynch, a yoga instructor recently named the world’s oldest by Guinness World Records. The highlights: She’s been teaching yoga for 61 years, can do a crazy poses people 50 years her junior couldn’t even dream of, and is a competitive tango dancer on the side (her partner is 69 years younger than she is). Enjoy.

• Are vegetarians sissies? A new study suggests that men are less likely to go meatless because meat is associated with masculinity.

• Start pounding those lattes: New research found that people who drink a lot of coffee (we’re talking four to five cups a day) live longer than those who have one or none.
