Hooping? As in hula hooping? Yes! Whole Foods in Wynnewood is hosting a Hooping Class taught by Leah Troiano, founder of LoopdiHoops. Hooping is a fun way to tone your core and help improve posture. The June 30th class, set to energizing music, is for beginners and will start with waist hooping before progressing to hip and leg hooping (this exists?!) with additional movement. Don’t have a hoop? No worries. They’ll be provided. More info here.
$10, Saturday, June 30 from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., Whole Foods, 339 East Lancaster Avenue, Wynnewood.
