Just in time for the fall race season, CrossFit Center City is hosting a five-part running series at its Chestnut Street gym. It kicks off tomorrow night with a Running Mechanics workshop, then picks up again for the next four consecutive Wednesdays with topics like injury prevention, race-day fueling and self-myofascial release. The sessions, suitable for runners at all levels, are free and run from 7:30 to 9. They culminate in a CrossFit workout geared toward endurance athletes.
