Infographics must be keeping graphic designers in business. There’s one on practically every topic under the sun, with health and fitness probably leading the way. Think about it: With all the studies and statistics and figures that get laid on us day and in day out, this field is just screaming for someone with a bit of creativity to make visual sense of it all. And that’s why health infographics are 100 percent awesome.

Best takeaway: Death from heart disease, while still the No. 1 killer in this country, has fallen a lot since the 1960s.
Best takeaway: If a wolf advances, you’re supposed to lunge towards it, yell and clap, and throw sticks and rocks. Got it? (Hey, I’m only looking out for your health and well-being here.)
Best takeaway: You’re not actually supposed to keep your back ramrod straight! And a good deal of having good posture has to do with chin position. Who knew?
