Eeek! I’m so excited to finally announce some of the plans for our second annual Be Well Boot Camp! Mark your calendar for Saturday, June 8th, from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. We’ll be gathering at the Drexel Recreation Center for a day of health, wellness and fitness just for women. We’re building on the success of our inaugural program last year and making this year’s Boot Camp even bigger and better, with an all-new lineup of topics, experts, doctors, wellness professionals, trainers, fitness instructors and more. It’s going to be huge, ya’ll.
I can’t share too many of the top secret details yet, but here are a few things to look forward to: healthy cooking demos with some of the biggest names in Philly restaurants, relaxing massages and beauty treatments, smart discussions on the hottest health topics, fitness classes with fantastic instructors and so. much. more.
