Time to check your flour labels if you shop at Wegmans. The grocery chain announced a recall of five-pound bags of bleached all-purpose flour over concerns that the products may contain small blue polyurethane balls, broken off from pieces of the equipment used to sift the flour. The bags in question carry a best-by date of December 20, 2013, and were sold between December 24th and February 15th.

The flour can be returned to Wegmans stores for a full refund. Questions or comments can be directed to Wegmans Consumer Affairs at 855-934-3663.
