Independence Blue Cross announced the Blue Cross Broad Street Run Second Chance Bib Sweepstakes today, through which it will give away 75 bibs for the race. All you have to do is fill out this form for a chance to win. The entry period closes on Friday, and the rules state that winners will be selected at random and notified within five days of the contest’s end date. That means, you might not find out until next Wednesday whether or not you’re in. My advice? Get on the training horse now, just in case. The clock’s ticking!
