Foobooz reports that popular Center City vegan lunch spot, HipCityVeg, is expanding across the Schuylkill with a new outpost in University City, set to open this fall. It’ll be planted at 214 South 40th Street in a 1,775-square-foot space, which is hella bigger than the flagship on 18th Street. Could this mean more space to sit and eat those delicious arugula taco salads? Pretty please?
