You may recall that back in March, a Romanian-designed wedding train broke the record for world’s longest at 1.85 miles long.
Well, that wasn’t very long-lived.
Now, an Italian-designed wedding train has gone ahead and broken that, with 1.86 miles of tulle (you can see it here being modeled on the steps of the Trinita dei Monti in Rome) flowing behind the lucky lady who rocks this creation.
There are, again, all sorts of facts figures surrounding this thing, perhaps my favorite of which is: “Experts estimate it would take Usain Bolt almost five minutes to run its full length, running at blistering world record pace.”

I love the dress, but I don’t know too many brides who would want to deal with that train on their wedding day. I must admit that it does make a statement.
