Our love for Spanx at this office is pretty well documented. (To give you an idea of my personal feelings, since I’m not about to show you a photo of my unmentionables drawer, you can read my soapbox-y rant on the subject of this particular undergarment from a few weeks back on The Philly Post.)
And brides’ love for Spanx is abundantly well known, too. What did gals even wear under their unforgiving white gowns before these products came along? Girdles?
So, it’s for many reasons that we are happy to share this news with you today: A Spanx store is coming to the King of Prussia mall this fall!
It’s going to be one of three of the company’s very first forays into stand-alone stores, so that’s exciting. No more futzing around on your iPhone when you need a pair and can’t remember which department stores and boutiques around you carry them, and no more crossing your fingers that the location closest to you has the style and size that you need. The store will not only have a bajillion styles of the signature shapewear, but also swimwear, activewear, and styles for dudes. You know. Manx.
It’ll be on the second level of the Plaza (near Lord & Taylor, across the way from Tiffany & Co.), and should be opening in mid-October. Hoorah.
