We are so digging Be Well Philly‘s series of posts on different exercise variations. The other week, it was 25 different versions of the very versatile and effective plank position—this week, it’s 21 different versions of the very leg-sculpting (think toned quads, hammies and butt) squat. Because even if you aren’t wearing a short dress on your wedding day, we’re guessing you wouldn’t mind having super hot gams when you go on that honeymoon.
Best part? With a little bit of equipment, you can rock these exercises at home. Which, right about now—and, if we’re being honest, lots of other times—just kinda sounds better than the gym.
