Here’s Some Advice For Your Single Bridesmaids

On Friday, our colleagues over at The Philly Post published a column from resident matchmaker Monica Mandell specifically directed towards all the single ladies headed to weddings this wedding season, be she bridesmaid or guest. (And by “matchmaker,” we mean literally: She is a PhD, and director of the Philadelphia office of Selective Search, the fancy shmancy matchmaking service.)

Some of her tips seem like common sense, some of them are definitely easier said than done, but all of them seem pretty sound if you are genuinely interested in scoring a legit hot date at one of the many weddings many of us attend during the summer.

So brides, if you’ve got some ladies who fit this bill, pass it along! Then, do her a solid and seat her next to someone cute.
