I guess our wedding is officially official: Invitations have been ordered and I couldn’t be more excited!

I can’t wait to see what the whole suite looks like. I ordered a sample set a few months ago (that’s it, pictured), but it didn’t come with the envelopes and address labels, so I can’t wait to see everything all together! The best part about our invitations? All under $200, and we didn’t even have to print them ourselves. I don’t want to jinx myself, but I am pretty dang excited about how easy this process has been. Thank you, Etsy.

LOCAL GOODWILL STORE HAVING A WEDDING GOWN SALE

Just before V Day, on February 11th, the Goodwill in Pennsauken is all set to hold their fourth annual Bridal Sale Extravaganza, during which wedding gowns will be priced between $50 and $300. (And these dresses aren’t used—they are surplus gowns or samples donated to Goodwill in the months preceding the sale from area bridal salons.)

If you’re going to go check it out, good luck! And report back if you find the Dress.

TWILIGHT LOVERS: BUY BELLA’S WEDDING DRESS!

Hey, Twilight-loving brides:

Here it is! (Larger shots below.)

Obviously, there was much fuss about Bella Swan’s wedding dress before The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1 opened in theaters this past weekend. Other than the birth scene and the, um, honeymoon scene, shall we say, it was one of the most anticipated moments of the entire movie: What would she wear to walk down the aisle and finally marry Edward?

Also obviously, everyone involved in the movie was super hush-hush about the gown, though they did eventually throw the gasping masses a little bone by announcing this past summer that Carolina Herrera (one of our most favorite designers, probably ever) was to design the gown. It kept everyone mildly satisfied for a little while, but only when the movie opened on Friday were people finally able to actually see it.
