This afternoon, U.K. singer-songwriter Ellie Goulding performed for a sold-out crowd at World Café Live for XPN’s Free at Noon series. She sang six songs, including “Starry Eyed,” “Lights” and a cover of Elton John’s “Your Song,” which you can see in the blurry-but-pretty-sounding video above. Local band Modern Inventors was her opener. The Philly group was there to promote their debut album, Cranes and Aeroplanes.
Goulding will return to the Philly stage tonight, when she plays another sold-out show at the Electric Factory.
