Tonight: Sebastian and Storey’s Electric Cabaret

It's one part Liza, one part Judy on acid.

G Philly’s roundup of what’s happening later this evening.

Here’s a little something that would rock Liza’s boat: Gay Philly electronic-music artists Sebastian Cummings (above, left) and Ben Storey (above, right) are hosting Plugged Inn: An Eclectic Cabaret, which takes a traditional cabaret format (ahem, Liza) and electrifies it (ahem, Judy on acid). Both Sebastian and Storey will perform their own brands of music. The former’s set is self described as “high-energy electronic music with intense choreography and a bit of sexuality,” so get ready to dance and get a boner. Storey mixes “video-game-inspired beats and lyrics about kittens, bike rides and whiskey,” so wear your Princess-Toadstool best. The tunes will be complemented by Cuttlefish Circus, who will trip-up the audience with a juggling and contortion act, and an interactive set by local DJ Sharp Hall. Tonight and Thu., Feb. 7, 7 p.m., $5, Trestle Inn, 339 N. 11th St.
