What’s your training philosophy?
If you’re working out, then give it all you’ve got. Training should be challenging, but try to have fun by mixing things up.

What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing the results of a dramatic weight loss or just how far someone has come in their overall fitness goals. I try to make sure that my clients get their best work out and feel great after.
