About Last Night: The Great Chefs Event at Osteria

Last night Osteria hosted the annual Great Chefs Event benefiting Alex’s Lemonade Stand — quite possibly the most sought-after food event ticket of the year. Why? Well, for starters, 29 of the area and country’s best chefs were behind stations serving up their eats.

On hand were Philly all-stars José Garces, Morimoto, Michael Solomonov, Osteria’s own Jeff Michaud and Vetri’s Brad Spence, Jennifer Caroll from 10 Arts, Dan Stern from Gayle, and Bryan Sikora from Talula’s Table, joined by local guests Jen Utley, Stephen Starr and girlfriend (possibly fiancée?) January Bartle, Danny Bonaduce, Larry Magid, and Billy King.

The highlight for me? A chance to get some one-on-one time with celebrity chefs Tom Colicchio and Bobby Flay (pictured).
