New Cocktail List: The Oyster House

Cocktail-haven Oyster House just unveiled its new springtime drink list, with my favorite (and possibly my official springtime drink) being the Gin & Jersey, a refreshing but boozy combination of Gordon’s gin, cognac, orange liqueur, and Polaner All-Fruit orange marmalade. It’s garnished with a speared brandied cherry and served over crushed ice, and is a steal at $8. Go here to check out the complete list.
