Notable Newcomers to Restaurant Week

Center City District’s Fall Restaurant Week (September 12-17 and 19-24) is rapidly approaching and several new joints are participating in the dining deals this year. Noteworthy newcomers to the three-course-dinners-for-$35 game include Sampan, Percy Street Barbecue, Tweed, Cooperage, and the highly anticipated Barbuzzo (set to open at the end of August). In addition to the extended list of dinner players, 59 of the participating restaurants will offer three-course lunches for just $20. Best of all? Our 2010 Best of Philly Desserts winner Bistrot La Minette is so jazzed about Resto Week that they’ll be offering a $30 five course prix-fixe all through September.
