Artemisia’s ruffiano Elizabethan-style scarf is, in my opinion, one of the most unique neck warmers I have seen in quite some time. Designed from vintage remnants by Collingswood-er Marisa Lombardo (pictured, at right), this piece will be keeping me warm when the nights start getting a little colder. Marisa also designs beautiful jewels and clothes and has a cool blog to inspire.
