HughE Dillon: Lady Gaga Hits the Philly Stage

Plus: President Obama's local speech and the President Clinton/Tony Blair award ceremony at the National Constitution Center

On Monday night, Tony Blair received the 2010 Liberty Medal at the National Constitution Center from President Clinton. On Tuesday afternoon, President Barack Obama gave his second annual back-to-school speech at Masterman. And then, of course, Lady Gaga came to town. Tuesday night was the first of two Philly concerts Lady Gaga is giving at the Wells Fargo Center. See who dressed up in what to attend on today’s slideshow. (No meat dresses, we promise.)
