It’s no secret that Police Commissioner Charles Ramsey might pack his bags for Chicago, but until today there was no evidence that he’d ever actually spoken with Mayor-Elect Rahm Emmanuel. Today, news surfaced that the two met outside of Chicago to discuss the position.
