Miley Cyrus Tweeted Her Displeasure With Rick Santorum and Urban Outfitters. The pop singer tweeted against Santorum’s position on gay marriage, and Urban Outfitters creative process (she says they “steal from artists”). She also accused Urban of giving money to “a campaign against gay equality” because Urban President Dick Hayne contributed dough to Santorum in the past. Sarah Palin Is Coming to Town. She’s embarking on a tour of all things patriotic, which will bring her to Independence Mall this weekend. Palin’s dubbed her adventure the “One Nation tour.” No clarification yet on which parts of “real America” are in this one nation. [Inquirer, Fox 29]

Santorum to Announce June 6. Rick Santorum is set to declare himself a candidate for president in Johnstown at the beginning of next month. In a recent ranking, the Washington Post put Santorum at #9 on a list of 10 GOP contenders. No idea what will happen to his chances now that Miley Cyrus is against him. [Washington Post]

Forget Cars. Beware City Council, Bikers. City Councilman Bill Greenlee introduced a bill yesterday that basically puts City Council in the mix of approving bike lanes. Great idea; the city was making much to much progress with that effort. Did Byko get to Greenlee? [Plan Philly]

Now the IRS Is After the Philadelphia School District. The federal agency is doing a serious audit of the district. Sounds like payroll’s a mess, but the District spokesperson says this is “random and routine.” [Inquirer]
