Joe Paterno has been at the helm of Penn State’s football team for over six decades. Now, Pennsylvania’s state government has plans to honor the 84-year-old coach by deeming September 3rd a state-wide holiday with his namesake. “Coach Paterno Day” is expected to be considered on the House floor as soon as JoePa can find time to join the representatives in H-burg when it’s discussed.
