Bradley Cooper is still in town shooting The Silver Linings Play Book and rumor has it that People may be looking to snag some shots of the Germantown grad for the November 18th issue which will unveil 2011’s “Sexiest Man Alive.” No word on if he’s a runner-up or will hoist the title for this year and People aren’t giving anything away prior to the on-sale date.
