Penis Picture Gets Traffic Judge Relieved of Duties

Willie Singletary, a Philadelphia Traffic Court judge, has been relieved of his duties after allegedly showing a picture of his penis to a female court worker earlier this week. After the incident with the penis picture, Singletary urged the woman to withdraw the complaint she filed against him. Really, though?  [Inquirer]
