HughE Dillon One-Shot: Walnut Street Supper Club

Ralph Berarducci opens his new restaurant tonight

Tonight, the much anticipated Walnut Street Supper Club, at 1227 Walnut Street, opens at 5 p.m. Previously, the space held one of my favorite Italian restaurants, Portofino, owned by Ralph Berarducci. Don’t worry though, the new 1940s-inspired supper club will still have some of the delicious items on the menu you loved (like my favorite: the lasagna), as well as a few new ones. Something else new on the menu: a singing staff. Every 15 minutes or so you might find your server, bartender or the coat-check girl serenading you while you eat. Last night I was there for “Friends and Family night.” Everything was great. I can’t wait till you see it. It’s fun and delicious.
