“America’s Oldest Teenager” has passed away at the age of 82. Dick Clark started as a DJ at Philadelphia’s WFIL in 1952. He went on to become a household name as the host of American Bandstand. He was America’s go-to for New Year’s as Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve became a pillar in America’s popular culture. Clark died of a heart attack and is survived by his three children and his third wife Keri Wigton. [ABC News]
