Lynn L. Elsenhans’ last day as chief executive of Sunoco was March 1st, but she remained its chairwoman until an annual meeting was held yesterday. Elsenhans stands to make a total of $37.4 million if and when the $5.3 billion deal with Energy Transfer Partners L.P. goes through.
