Philly Wants You to Complain About the City From Your Phone

Complaining about Philly is about to get easier with the city’s plan for a 3-1-1 app. The city is expected to announce a deal with PublicStuff—an app-developing company—that should result in the availability of a 3-1-1 application for iPhone, Android, and Blackberry devices by Labor Day. You’ll be able to file complaints about potholes and the like through the app, which will automatically generate service requests. It will also allow users to interact and vote on requests submitted by other people. [Daily News]
