Man Shot Over Cigarette. The 25-year-old man who was shot in killed in Frankford Sunday night was apparently shot after an argument over a cigarette. [Daily News]

Two A.C. Tourists Stabbed to Death. Two Canadian tourists in Atlantic City are dead after what police are calling a random stabbing. An officer apprehended the suspect at the time of the attack. It’s believed that the suspect is schizophrenic and was off of her medication. [6 ABC]
