President Obama is set to fly into PHL this afternoon just in time to help mess up your evening commute. Air Force One is set to land at 5:25 p.m. so that President Obama can make his rounds and raise some funds. He’ll make an appearance at a public event for 500 people at the Franklin Institute at 7:50 p.m. before attending two private functions and flying back to Washington at 10:30.
