HughE Dillon One-Shot: Judah Friedlander With John DeBella

30 Rock star in town for Helium Comedy Club shows stops by veterans fund-raiser.

Judah Friedlander (second from right), of 30 Rock, stopped by to visit 102.9 MGK’s John DeBella (third from left) who is broadcasting live from outside of National Constitution Center for the 6th Annual John DeBella Veterans’ Radiothon until 6 p.m. tonight. Over the past five years, the DeBella Radiothon has raised more than $420,000 for the Philadelphia Veterans Multi-Service & Education Center (PVMSEC). When I stopped by at 11 a.m., they had already raised $25,000, including a check from entrepreneur/restaurateur Dave Magrogan (Harvest,  Kildare’s Irish Pub). Friedlander is appearing at Helium Comedy Club (2031 Sansom Street) tonight and Saturday night. Also stopping by were veterans Frank Musselman, Mark Garner, Bill McMan, Gabe Ryan and Marsha Four, PVMSEC executive director. You can make a secure online donation via the station’s website, or make call-in donations to 800-678-WMGK.
