Governor Corbett announced on Wednesday that he and the Republican legislative leaders have come to terms on the outlines of a $27.65 billion budget for the fiscal year beginning on July 1st. Reports of Another Playground Arson. Approximately nine hours before the playground in FDR Park was set on fire over the weekend, a playground in North Philly went up in smoke.
