Two Teens Arrested for Rape. Two of the four suspected assailants in the rape of a 12-year-old girl have been arrested. Four teenagers reportedly attacked and raped the girl in a stairwell at a rec center in Kingsessing on Monday. Mayor Nutter had a message for the other two alleged assailants.
