The soccer star's in town for MLS All-Star play at PPL Park.
L.A. Galaxy’s David Beckham leaves Palomar Hotel’s Square 1682 yesterday afternoon with his Major League Soccer All-Star teammates. Earlier, the English soccer star’s security detail was in a tizzy when he decided to ride to the game with his teammates instead of taking the VIP limo with his kids, who he sent to the stadium before he left the building. For dinner, Chef Guillermo Tellez told me the team loaded up on carbs like spaghetti and lasagna, munched on the restaurant’s delicious truffle popcorn, and then enjoyed a lot of desserts. I guess it worked as the MLS All-Stars won a 3-2 victory over Chelsea.
