Monsignor William Lynn currently resides at the state prison at Camp Hill near Harrisburg. He was convicted of one count of endanger the welfare of a child earlier this summer and later sentenced to three to six years in prison for his role in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia sexual abuse scandal. On Monday morning, a judge denied Lynn’s bid for bail pending appeal, citing the serious nature of Monsignor Lynn’s conduct as a reason to re-affirm the decision. [Inquirer]
