Beanie Sigel Arrested After I-95 Traffic Stop

Beanie Sigel was arrested by police after a traffic stop on I-95 in Delaware County early Wednesday morning. Sigel was reportedly the passenger in a car that police stopped after noticing that it was closely following the vehicle in front of it and swerving out of its lane. Police allegedly found prescription pills and marijuana in the car. They say that Sigel had a bottle of codeine syrup and prescription pills in baggies on him. He also allegedly had $4,650 in cash. Authorities say they found a gun in the vehicle’s center console. Both Beanie Sigel and the driver are convicted felons and can’t possess a firearm. [6 ABC]
