Terrance Williams is sentenced to be executed on October 3rd. When he was just 18, Williams killed Amos Norwood with a tire iron. He was convicted and sentenced to die. But, a judge has ordered a hearing for Williams because his co-defendant told detectives that Williams had been sexually abused by Norwood. The abuse supposedly started when Williams was 13. The co-defendant and the prosecutor who tried Williams’ case will testify in a hearing next Thursday. [Newsworks]
