Financial details of the Made in America festival that brought Jay-Z and all of his famous friends to the Benjamin Franklin Parkway for Labor Day weekend have been released. The two-day concert cost Philly $505,124 for extra police, sanitation, and other related expenses. That tab has been paid, in full, by the concert’s promoter, Live Nation.
