Judge Blocks Pennsylvania’s Voter ID Law

Commonwealth Court Judge Robert Simpson has decided to halt Pennsylvania’s voter ID law. The state Supreme Court had ruled that Judge Simpson needed to issue a decision by the end of Tuesday and that he must block the law if he felt that even one voter in the state would be disenfranchised. An appeal of the ruling is possible.
